Dear Madam/Sir,

It is my pleasure to provide a reference for my Slovak Language teacher, Mr. Brano Chovan of the Telmi Language School in Bratislava.

I have been working with Mr. Chovan for the last 4.5 years and I have made amazing progress with my Slovak Language. I am currently fluent, able to read the newspaper and file my taxes, enjoying the local theaters and reading books in Slovak.

Mr. Chovan is the most dedicated teacher, he truly understands the needs of his students and adjusts to their abilities, always stretching one a little but not taking him/her too far out of our comfort zone. His methods are contemporary and creative. Learning the language under his tutelage is always fun and entertaining, never boring and stiff. However, progress is closely monitored and the bar is being raised every day.

I am very grateful for having had Mr. Chovan and Telmi. Both contributed significantly to my smooth and easy integration into my Bratislava life.
