Brano is the best language teacher I've ever had. When I want a traditional classroom approach, he's expert at introducing and drilling grammar and patterns. But often I don't, and he's equally expert at building my speaking and understanding of Slovak by leading conversations with words and topics that seem to be at exactly the level I need - where I stretch just beyond my comfort zone.
